Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Margi AI. They cover what the Service does, what you're responsible for, how billing works, and the limits of our liability. Please read them. Using the Service means you accept them.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

This agreement is between you (“you”, the broker) and Margi AI (“we”, “us”, Margi AI”), governing your use of the Margi AIwebsite, dashboard, and voice service (the “Service”).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. The Service

Margi AIprovides an AI voice agent that answers phone calls on a broker's line, converses in Indian languages, captures load and truck details, and helps match and book loads, along with a dashboard to manage the results. The Service assists your operations; it does not replace your own judgement or your obligations to your customers.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and operating a lawful transport or brokerage business. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@margiai.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • make unlawful, unsolicited, or bulk promotional calls, or otherwise breach TRAI regulations and India's DND / commercial-communication rules;
  • impersonate others, commit fraud, or harass any caller;
  • upload unlawful content or infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
  • resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.

Outbound calls must use your own assigned number as caller ID and should be limited to transactional calls (callbacks and booking updates) to people who contacted you or registered with you.

5. Telephony & call recording

You are responsible for lawfully operating your phone line, including any call-forwarding you set up and any consent or notice your callers require for recording. Calls handled by the agent are recorded and transcribed as described in the Privacy Policy. You must not use the Service where recording those calls would be unlawful for you.

6. The AI agent — important limitations

The voice agent is automated and can make mistakes: it may mishear a number, misunderstand a request, or capture a detail incorrectly. It is a tool to assist you, not a guaranteed-accurate employee. You are responsible for verifying any booking, quote, rate, or commitment before you or your customer rely on it. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of unverified agent output.

7. Fees, billing & taxes

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed monthly via a secure auto-debit mandate you approve. Each plan includes a set number of voice minutes; usage beyond that is charged as overage. Your plan price and overage rate are confirmed with you before activation and shown in your dashboard. Applicable GST is added to all charges. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice to you; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new price. You authorise us to charge your approved payment method for all fees due.

8. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms, if payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period, or if your use creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, the data-handling in our Privacy Policy applies.

10. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, and its branding. You own the business data you and your callers put into it. You grant us the limited right to process that data to operate and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the agent will answer every call or capture every detail correctly.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost loads, or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law, including claims by your callers relating to how you operate your line.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the revised version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify brokers by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
